Our most precious commodity is our attention. Whatever we place our attention on manifests more whereas, when we shift our attention away from something we unmanifest it.

The greatest intention is to teach/share with others.

If you want to slow down time simply recite to your higher self, " Please slow down time." By doing this over and over again you will begin to observe  the world around you slow down.

If you want to play with time simply play with the durrations in which you exhale and inhale.
